Refund Policy
Buyers can request a refund within 7 days after an order has been marked as “Complete” (delivered).
After this period, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
- Refund Request Window:
- Starts: On the day your order status is marked as Complete (Delivered)
- Ends: 7 calendar days after delivery

Certain products on our platform are strictly non-refundable. These include:
- Revolution/fundraising or charity-based items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Food, cosmetics, and other hygiene-sensitive goods
- Perishable items (fresh food, flowers, etc.)
- Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items
Non-Refundable items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstance except in the following cases:
- Item was not delivered
- Item was damaged during delivery (with valid proof)
- Seller failed to fulfill the correct item (e.g., sent completely wrong product)
Sellers must mark these products as “Non-Refundable”, which will be clearly shown:
- On the product page
- At checkout
- In the order confirmation summary
