Refund Policy

Buyers can request a refund within 7 days after an order has been marked as “Complete” (delivered).
After this period, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

  • Refund Request Window:
    • Starts: On the day your order status is marked as Complete (Delivered)
    • Ends: 7 calendar days after delivery
Non-Refundable Items Policy

Non-Refundable Items Policy 

Certain products on our platform are strictly non-refundable. These include:

  • Revolution/fundraising or charity-based items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Food, cosmetics, and other hygiene-sensitive goods
  • Perishable items (fresh food, flowers, etc.)
  • Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items

Non-Refundable items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstance except in the following cases:

  • Item was not delivered
  • Item was damaged during delivery (with valid proof)
  • Seller failed to fulfill the correct item (e.g., sent completely wrong product)

Sellers must mark these products as “Non-Refundable”, which will be clearly shown:

  • On the product page
  • At checkout
  • In the order confirmation summary
